I am a client-focused professional with a passion for building strong relationships, driving business growth, and creating impactful marketing strategies.
Currently, I work as a Client Relationship Specialist at Charles Schwab, where I serve as a first point of contact for clients, help drive new business, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of legal document processing. I also create and distribute the Northwest Region’s digital newsletter, strengthening client engagement across the region.
Before joining Schwab, I spent six successful years with Mohawk Industries as a Territory Manager for the Builder and Multifamily division. During my time there, I managed over 40 client accounts, achieved a 250% sales growth in my territory, and launched a targeted email newsletter that helped strengthen client relationships and support ongoing sales initiatives. My role combined account management, marketing strategy, and business consulting — always with a focus on helping clients succeed.
My background also includes experience as the Digital Marketing Lead at NW Tennis Magazine, where I led online marketing strategies, social media initiatives, and contributed to website and magazine design updates. Earlier in my career, I worked at Enumclaw Golf Course, where I progressed from washing carts to becoming Pro Shop Manager, planning club events, creating promotional materials, and helping grow the course’s lesson and tournament programs.
I hold a degree in Marketing and Finance from Gonzaga University, where I earned placement on the Honorary Dean’s List and was a recipient of the Dussault Scholarship.
Throughout my career, I’ve combined sales strategy, marketing expertise, event planning, and client management to create meaningful results — and I’m passionate about continuing to help businesses and clients succeed at every level.
